L’association Denain 2012 créée pour commémorer le tricentenaire de la Bataille de Denain de 1712, un véritable engouement a été généré autour de ce spectacle qui a permis de durer dans le temps grâce à plus de 300 bénévoles (figurants, accessoiristes, couturières…).
Pour la saison 2020 l’Association “Denain 2012” avait revisité l’ensemble de son spectacle qui était consacré à l’histoire de Denain et s’est élargi au territoire du Hainaut.
« Batailles de Denain » devient « De Terre et de Feu… en Hainaut ». Le spectacle a été reporté suite à la pandémie “Covid19”
Cette année 2021 notre association vous invite à vivre 5000 ans de l’Histoire du Hainaut présentant le temps d’une soirée, une succession de tableaux avec figurants, danseurs, cavaliers et véhicules d’époque qui évoluent dans un tourbillon d’effets spéciaux, alliance de Son et Lumière, jeux scéniques, feux d’artifice.
Venez vous plonger dans la magie d’une épopée historique extraordinaire, du Néolithique à la fondation des abbayes dès le VIIème siècle, de la bataille de Denain en 1712 à la Grande Histoire de la mine et de la sidérurgie.
Rendez-vous les 27, 28, 29 Août et 3, 4, 5 Septembre 2021 à 20h30 au Parc Émile Zola de Denain.
The association Denain 2012 created to commemorate the tricentenary of the Battle of Denain of 1712, a real craze was generated around this show that allowed to last in time thanks to more than 300 volunteers (extras, props, seamstresses …).
For the 2020 season the Association “Denain 2012” had revisited the whole of its show which was dedicated to the history of Denain and expanded to the territory of Hainaut.
“Battles of Denain” becomes “From Earth and Fire… Hainaut.” The show was postponed following the pandemic “Covid19”
This year 2021 our association invites you to live 5000 years of the history of the Hainaut presenting the time of an evening, a succession of paintings with extras, dancers, riders and vehicles of the period that evolve in a whirlwind of special effects, alliance of Sound and Light, scenic games, fireworks.
Come and immerse yourself in the magic of an extraordinary historical epic, from the Neolithic to the foundation of the abbeys as early as the 7th century, from the Battle of Denain in 1712 to the Great History of the Mine and the Steel.
